I have had a stiff neck and shoulder problems for some time now and booked to see Naomi a few weeks ago.
On the first appointment I was given a thorough examination and neck /shoulder massage along with exercises to do at home.
I started to feel much easier and had much less pain and increased movement after the first session.
I have had three more sessions since then and am virtually back to normal now.

Naomi is an extremely professional and experienced physiotherapist. She listened very carefully to my issues and responded accordingly to reduce the pain. She always demonstrated empathy, patience and understanding. Incidentally, she is an outstanding pilates instructor.
